Mayor Brother Geciran Saraiva, participated in the religious event of the patron saint of the city São João Batista de Dois Irmãos do Tocantins

On the night of this Thursday (15), the mayor of Dois Irmãos do Tocantins, accompanied by the first lady and secretary of Social Assistance, Rosinauria Saraiva, participated in the novena, in reverence to the patron saint of the city, São João Batista.

The young leader of the City Hall asked the community to participate in events related to the theme, and to make religious prayers in favor of the city.

The São João festival begins on the 21st of June and runs until the 25th of the same month. The event is considered the biggest June event in the Araguaia Valley.

Last month, the manager informally told our report that the event should be considered the biggest ever held in Dois Irmãos do Tocantins. Among the artists who will perform at the event are singers Ceina Muniz, Flaguim Moral and others.
