This Monday, 08/05, the course "Food based on Cassava" was started with professor Renata Guerreiro Borges, in Abreulândia - Tocantins.
The course is offered by FAET - SENAR, in partnership with the rural union, and the city hall of Abreulândia through the Municipal Social Assistance Secretariat, which is headed by the first lady, Keliane Batista Moura.
It is observed that the course aims at the production of food derived from cassava in an artisanal way, reverberating the nutritional value, adequate storage, as well as guidelines on packaging for the sale of products.
During the course, bread, cakes, pies, starch, flour, cookies and many other varieties of products derived from cassava will be made.
