In a hearing on violence in schools, Moisemar highlights the importance of the topic

The Legislative Assembly of Tocantins held this Thursday, 4th, a Public Hearing to discuss the fight against violence in Tocantins Schools and Nurseries.

The state deputy, Moisemar Marinho (PSB) took the floor to stress the importance of debating the issue and remedying any possibility of attacks within the school environment. "As a civil police officer, I know firsthand the critical situation that is a school unit that has in its student body adolescents with problems such as trafficking, drug use, these students often threaten teachers. Therefore, the theme is not limited to structure, but it involves the whole of society. We, representatives of the people, the family, the parents, are a fundamental part of combating this problem", stressed Moisemar.

The parliamentarian is president of the Public Safety commission, and has already submitted a request suggesting that the Government put security in the Schools, calling for the return of Reserve Police Officers and retirees, able to work, to carry out this service, on a paid basis.

In addition, Moisemar made the Commission available to deal with the subject, together with the other interested commissions and the entire society.
