Abreulândia beats Caseara 1-0 away from home

Playing at the Luiz Pereira stadium, in Caseara, the Abreulândia team won by the score of 1 to 0, in the first round of the 2023 Cup. The goal was scored by the athlete Nona, the captain. Caseara's team still missed a penalty.

The Director of Sports, from the City Hall of Abreulândia, Irismar Nunes, gave a brief overview of the match, “Our team behaved very well despite our field being renovated, we are working on the physical part, but our team knew how to play playing the game because it's not easy to start away from home, everyone knows how difficult it is to play there”, emphasized Nunes.

Irismar, thanked the partnership with Mayor Manoel Moura (PT), “Manoel Moura who is a sport lover and gives us all the support to develop this great work in our municipality to thank our fans who came to support us and also those who they won't be able to go but they kept cheering and giving us strength”, stressed the director.

With three points in their bag, the natives from Abreulândia are now preparing to face Araguacema, in the next round of the competition.
